ASSUMPTION OF RISK

End Customer voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event for which the Ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Prolonged exposure to loud music or noise may damage your hearing, and we advise you and all patrons to wear adequate ear protection at events. Special effects, which may include sound, audio-visual, pyrotechnic effects, or lighting effects may be featured at the Event, which may not be suitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions.

End Customer waives any claims for personal injury or death—including (without limitation) as a result of any communicable disease or illness, even if End Customer contracted it while attending an event—against us, management, facilities, leagues, artists, other participants, and all our respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. End Customer bears all risks of inclement weather, regardless of whether an event takes place inside or outside, including rain, snow, wind, dust, fog, heat, and cold. Venue may be wet, slippery, windy, dusty, foggy, hot, or cold and visibility may be affected. Always stay alert. If End User is hurt, immediately ask an authorized Event representative for directions to a medical station.

Waiver of Liability for Playground Activities

(“Participant”) executes this Release of Claims (the “Agreement”) effective as of the date signed by the Participant.

A.            On behalf of North Texas FWC Organizing Committee (“Committee”), Company is producing the 2026 FIFA Fan Fest (the “Event”) in connection with the FIFA World Cup 2026™, scheduled for June 11 through July 19, 2026, at certain locations within Fair Park and Dos Equis Pavillon located in Dallas, TX (the "Venue").

B.              The Participant wishes to participate in the football sporting activities at the Event (collectively the “Activity”) and is aware of the potential dangers involved in such Activity.  In this Agreement, “Released Parties” means the following: C3 Presents, LLC, North Texas FWC Organizing Committee, FIFA Switzerland, FWC2026 US, Inc., FWC26 Canada Football Ltd, FWC2026 Mexico, S. De R.L. De C.V., owners and operators of the Venue, and each of all such entities’ respective parent companies, subsidiaries, related entities and affiliates, and each of their respective predecessors, successors and assigns, and each of their respective past, present or future, direct or indirect officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees, representatives, governors, owners, members, managers, shareholders, volunteers, trustees and agents. Company will not allow anyone to participate in the Activity at the Event unless that person has agreed to release the Released Parties from all liability for the Participant’s participation in the Activity.

In consideration of allowing the Participant to participate in the Activity, Participant agrees as follows:

 

1.              AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION FOR BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY AT THE EVENT, THE PARTICIPANT RELEASES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY LEGAL LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPANT’S VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.

 

2.              PARTICIPANT acknowledgeS the activity is very dangerous and understands the scope, nature, and extent of the INHERENT risks involved in the activitY.  PARTICIPANT understandS these risks include BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO risks of death, bodily injury [INCLUDING PARALYSIS], or property damage caused by: (1) Collision with other participants AND/OR EQUIPMENT; (2) WEATHER CONDITIONS; (3) balance, physical coordination, ability to operate equipment, and/or follow directions; (4) THE ACTS OF KICKING THE BALL, THROWING THE BALL, DRIBBLING THE BALL, FIELDING THE BALL, HEADING THE BALL; (5) RUNNING, JUMPING, STRETCHING, SLIDING, DIVING; (6) Equipment failure or operator error; (7) sunburn, sunstroke or dehydration; or (8) the actions, inactions, or negligence of other participants in the activity. Participant voluntarily, freely and expressly choose to incur all risks associated with the activitY, understanding that those risks may include personal injury, damage to property, and/or death.

 

3.              PARTICIPANT ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL INJURIES/DAMAGES CAUSED BY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY AND FULLY AND FOREVER RELEASES AND DISCHARGES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, RIGHTS OF ACTION, OR CAUSES OF ACTION, ARISING OUT THE PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.

 

4.              Participant represents and warrants the following to Company: (a) PARTICIPANT has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Activity and PARTICIPANT has read this Agreement and understands the terms of this Agreement; (b) PARTICIPANT is at least 18 years of age; (c)  Participant is in good health and has no physical defects OR CONDITIONS that might harm PARTICIPANT in participating in the activity; (d) In executing this Agreement, PARTICIPANT HAS relied wholly upon his or her own judgment, belief, and knowledge of the activity and potential for injury; AND (e) PARTICIPANT acknowledges that PARTICIPANT is not covered nor eligible for any insurance coverage provided by the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, medical, property and liability insurance, and workers compensation benefits.

 

5.              This AGREEMENT extends and applies to all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability, and the consequences of them, as well as those disclosed or known to exist.  PARTICIPANT expressly waives all provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or statute, providing in substance that releases will not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time to the person executing thIS AGREEMENT. 

 

6.              PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND acknowledges THAT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MAY BE SHOT DURING THE ACTIVITY, PARTICIPANT MAY APPEAR IN SUCH PHOTOS OR VIDEOS, and participant’s participation in the activity constitutes PARTICIPANT’s consent to company’s use of SUCH VIDEOS OR PHOTOS CONTAINING PARTICPANT’S IMAGE OR LIKENESS for promotional AND COMMERCIAL purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

 

7.              This Agreement is legally binding upon PARTICIPANT and his/her heirs, estate, assigns, legal guardians, and personal representatives.

 

8.              BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, COMPANY AND PARTICPANT EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THEY HAVE UNDER LAW TO A TRIAL BEFORE A JURY, AND AGREE TO MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT. 

 

THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.  DO NOT SIGN OR INITIAL THIS AGREEMENT IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE WITH ITS TERMS. 

 

If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect any other provision of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted. 

Event Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability for Playground Activities

By checking this box, I confirm that I am the legal guardian of the minor using this ticket and I, on behalf of the minor, have read the  Waiver of Liability for Playground Activities and I agree to its terms and conditions.

Company will not allow anyone to participate in the Activity at the Event unless that person has agreed to release the Released Parties from all liability for the Participant’s participation in the Activity.

In consideration of allowing the Participant to participate in the Activity, Participant agrees as follows:

8.              BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, COMPANY AND PARTICPANT EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THEY HAVE UNDER LAW TO A TRIAL BEFORE A JURY, AND AGREE TO MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Minor Waiver of Liability for Playground Activities

The General Admission Ticket grants entry to the FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas at the Pavilion at Fair Park for the selected event date and includes access to:

- Three large-screen viewing areas featuring live FIFA World Cup™ matches
- Food and beverage options available for purchase from local restaurants and vendors
- Official FIFA World Cup™ merchandise retail locations
- Bars, specialty cocktails, and concession offerings available for purchase
- Interactive partner activations and fan experiences
- Complimentary water refill stations

Please Note:
All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for entry. Due to fluctuating attendance levels and venue capacity limitations, admission may be restricted at certain times, even with a valid ticket.

The GA+ Ticket provides admission to the FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas on the selected event date and includes all General Admission amenities, in addition to the following enhanced experiences:
